Additionally, I'm credentialed to work with anyone living with chronic medical conditions and pre and post natal women. I’m not a physical therapist and do not work with people experiencing acute injury or pain that limits them from daily activity. All clients must be released or referred (if chronic condition or pregnancy applies) by general practitioner, OB-GYN, chiropractor or physical therapist with a signed note and any known contraindications to exercise before beginning sessions.

Works well for people who are invested in their program and require minimal coaching and assistance. These are basically check in sessions.

Let’s go athletes who work out hard regularly and need to have this weekly session to re-set form.

This one’s for the newbies who are serious about their program and still are skeptical about exercise. (spoiler alert…you will both see and feel results after one month).

Ideal for women who are pregnant and know they can make two sessions a week. That third session is hopeful!

The CDC recommends 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise each week. You’re already at 120 after this!

Okaaay let’s work! Anyone who sees themselves needing a personal trainer to exercise at all.

Got goals? You’ll establish a great base for exercise in only four weeks here.

Skeptical? There’s no price difference per session at twice a week, so try twice weekly first.

Please complete Contact and Health Form. This is mandatory before beginning exercise program. In order to hold session time, payment must be made at least 24-hours in advance.

Also, if pregnant, given birth within the last two months, or working with a chronic health condition, you’ll need a doctor’s note with a release to exercise including any additional exercise contraindications. Thank you!
